Understanding your Progress

A good way to get a quick view of your progress is to view sales process stages in their collapsed state.

  1. Stage
  2. Your current stage in the sales process is determined by the software and is highlighted in blue. In the example above, you can see that Negotiate Contract - Mitigate Risk is the current stage that needs to be completed.

    All of the following criteria need to be met before Altify progresses an opportunity to the next stage in the sales process:

    • The Stage Threshold Indicator needs to be displayed.

    • All important questions (marked with a red asterisk) in the stage require a positive answer (i.e. 'Yes').

    • You have started answering questions for the next stage.

  3. Answers
  4. These icons indicate the answer that has been provided for each qualifying question and verifiable outcome in the relevant stage.

    • Green = 'Yes'

    • Red = 'No'

    • Yellow = 'In Progress'

    Hover over an answer icon to see the question text and any notes that have been entered.

    Mandatory qualifiers (marked with a red asterisk) require a 'Yes' response - this is a condition that is required for progression to the next stage. For help with answering questions, see Answering Qualifying Questions.

  6. This is a visual representation of the opportunity's progress through this stage.

    This bar turns green when your the Stage Progress Percentage crosses the threshold score for this stage.

  8. A numerical representation of your progress through the stage as you answer questions.

  9. Stage Threshold Indicator
  10. This icon indicates that the Stage Progress Percentage has exceeded a threshold score - this is a condition that is required for progression to the next stage.

    By default, the stage threshold percentage is set to 80%. However, this value can be configured for any stage in any process by your administrator.
